Mike Elson has over 40 years of mineral exploration experience.  A graduate of the University of Alberta, Mr. Elson was the president of Aquiline Resources Inc. (TSX: AQI), was active in the initial funding and exploration program of Tuxedo Resources, the predecessor company to Uranium One Inc. (TSX: UUU), and was a member of the exploration team of the Faro orebody discovery (60,000,000 tonnes 10% Pb, Zn.)

Mr. Szary has nearly 30 years of business and professional experience.  A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, Mr. Szary has played an instrumental role in spearheading several national and international ventures as founder, financier and manager in new and emerging markets.

A graduate of the University of Victoria, Mr. Coyne is Manager of Kluane Drilling Ltd. since 1989, a private drilling contractor and manufacturer based in Whitehorse, Yukon with over 60 diamond drills operating in Canada, South America and China.

Mr. Pugh has been engaged in the mineral exploration industry for over twenty years at various levels including prospecting, surveying, land management and field program execution.  Mr. Pugh has a Master of Science Degree from the University of British Columbia (1989).

Mr. Mastalerz is a Professional Geologist with over 30 years of exploration experience in Canada, Russia, & Latin America.  Mr. Mastalerz has a Doctorate of Natural Sciences from the University of Wroclaw, Poland (1981).

Mr. Johnson has a Bachelor of Science Degree (Geology) from the University of British Columbia (1972) and became a Chartered Accountant in 1975. He has experience in the field as an exploration geologist and project manager for diamonds and both precious and base metals. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Fronteer Development Group Ltd. from November, 2003 to January, 2005 and is currently the CFO for Saturn Minerals Inc., Swift Resources Inc. and Cougar Minerals Corp.
